When booking you agree and understand the following:

Massage is not medical care.

I understand that massage therapists and holistic practitioners do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Massage and bodywork are not substitutes for medical treatment. I confirm I have no medical conditions or injuries that prevent me from receiving massage therapy, and I will inform my therapist of any concerns.

Non-sexual service policy.

All services are strictly professional and therapeutic. Any inappropriate behavior, remarks, or advances will result in immediate termination of the session and full payment will be required.

Confidentiality.

All information shared during my session is confidential and used solely to provide appropriate care. I agree to share my health history honestly and in full.

Communication is key.

I understand that it is my responsibility to communicate any discomfort or pain during the session so my therapist can adjust techniques or pressure as needed.

Therapist discretion.

The therapist reserves the right to refuse or end a session if my condition poses a health risk to either party or if boundaries are violated.

Appointment & cancellation policy.

I agree to arrive on time. If I arrive late, I understand my session may be shortened and I am still responsible for the full fee. I understand that I must give 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule or I will forfeit my deposit. After two no-shows, I may be blocked from booking future sessions.

Purpose of massage.

Massage therapy is intended for stress relief, relaxation, pain management, improved mobility, sleep, and recovery support.

No prescriptions or manipulations.

I understand the therapist does not prescribe medications or perform chiropractic adjustments.

Educational only.

Any wellness information provided is educational and not intended as medical advice or diagnosis.

Booking & Payment Policy

All appointments must be booked online.

Availability is not provided via text, social media, or email. Texts are used for confirmations only.

Valid email and mobile number are required on file to receive reminders.

$25 Non-Refundable Deposit

A $25 deposit is required to reserve your appointment — or you may pay in full at the time of booking, your choice.

The deposit will be applied to your total at checkout.

It also serves as your No-Show fee if you miss your appointment.

Rescheduling & No-Shows

You’ll receive a 48-hour reminder. That is your window to reschedule without penalty — the deposit will carry over.

No-Shows forfeit the deposit, and all future bookings will require one.

After your first visit, if you choose to rebook in person before leaving, this is your opportunity to prebook without a deposit.

You are encouraged to create a login when booking online. This allows you to manage your own schedule, including viewing, rescheduling, and canceling appointments within the allowed window.

Attire for Select Treatments

For clients booking the Peak Performance Massage or Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage:

Ladies: Please wear a bathing suit

Gentlemen: Please wear shorts

These treatments are performed without traditional linens for better access and effectiveness. Modesty will be maintained with towel draping. This setup allows for a more clinical and results-focused approach, especially when incorporating techniques like stretching, cupping, scraping, and fluid movement.

Applies only to the services listed above.

Just a friendly reminder: This is a private practice operated solely by the Therapist. As such, couples massage are not offered however you and your spouse can book back to back appointments if the availability allows. Spouse will have to wait outside of suite while Significant other is being treated.

A Standard 20% gratuity is added to all services. It is built into the pricing listed on the booking site with a breakdown.

A yearly increase in pricing due to inflation of 5% may occur and Therapist reserves the right to make changes to pricing and will communicate changes 30 days prior to effective date for transparency.

I specialize in personalized services aimed at enhancing your overall well-being and ensuring a fulfilling experience. I offer orthopedic/clinical approach massages designed to address specific issues, as well as stress relief massages aimed at alleviating tension and the stressors of modern life.

A Standard 20% gratuity is added to all services. Services offered are available in durations of 50, 80, 110minutes.

I do not offer couples massages as this is a Private Practice with one sole Massage Therapist.

All package sales are final. Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be shared with family or friends. Each package is assigned to one individual and must be used by that client only. There is no expiration date; however, it is the client’s responsibility to schedule and complete their sessions. Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of that session—no exceptions. Services within a package cannot be substituted, swapped, or combined with any other service, discount, promotion, or refer a friend offer. If you decide at the end of your first treatment to purchase package for the massage type booked for, this visit would be included in the package series purchase. If it is different we cannot modify or change. You would simply Pay for the service received and able to purchase package in the same transaction. Missed appointments, late arrivals, or failure to follow booking policies will not be credited or rescheduled. By purchasing a package, you acknowledge and agree to all terms listed.

At the moment, we don't manage insurance claims for massage treatments as they're not commonly covered. However, we acknowledge that cost can be a concern, and we're here to provide alternative solutions.

One option is utilizing a Health Savings Account (HSA), which enables you to allocate pre-tax funds for medical expenses.
