Booking Policy

To secure your appointment, a valid card on file is required. You may also choose to prepay for your session in full at the time of booking.

Cancellations made at the last minute or failure to attend an appointment will result in a $25 non-refundable fee. If this fee cannot be processed, new appointments cannot be scheduled until the balance is resolved.

Your time is valuable, and so is mine—I appreciate your courtesy and consideration in honoring scheduled appointments.

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a link to your intake form. Please complete this form at least 24 hours before your session. (Forms are also available anytime under the “Intake Forms” tab.)
